Created as a tribute to David Bowie, this design uses lyrics from one of his most well-known songs (“Space Oddity”) as graphic elements to recreate his famous “lightning bolt” portrait. Individual distortions of the letterforms and a color palette derived from the original photo work in harmony to form a playful re-imagining of this iconic image.
