The importance of vision boarding

My first vision board

When is the last time you made a vision board or maybe you have never even heard of a vision board? I was first introduced to vision boards in 2019 and wish I had known about them much earlier. Vision boards move us forward towards our dreams and goals more quickly through the power of manifestation. A vision board can have multiple purposes within one board or can be more specified between each board. For example, when I created my first vision board in 2019, I put several different goals within the same vision board together. These vision board images have uniquely manifested into my reality since I created my first board almost four years ago today. I try to make at least one board a year, just to monitor how my goals and creativity are evolving. Our subconscious mind really works magic into our lives, and our lives become what we regularly see or hear. Thus, self-monitoring what we want to see or hear is important when it comes to achieving our future goals. Plus, vision boards are a time to be creative and have fun, they don’t have to be really serious. Digital vision boarding is also a great option, and there are many great examples of digital vision boards that anyone can save on Pinterest. Digital vision boards are easy to create using Canva, or other graphic design platforms. I hope this blog post prompts you to create your own digital or handmade vision board. If you are going to make a handmade vision board, I suggest you buy several of your favorite magazines and set aside a couple hours to cut and paste onto a poster board, or any canvas of your choosing. Get excited about making a mess, and when you’re done, post your vision board in a place where you will see it often.
